WHO do you use to ship my item?
We use a large range of shipping services to get you the best deal we can. Depending on your location or the size or weight of your item we may choose to use Auspost, Sendle or a range of reputable courier services. Large items going with couriers may require collection from your local depot or to be transported to a business address which must be located in a commercial location.
WHEN will you ship my item?
Most items will be processed within 1-2 business days but our bigger items may take 3 days. If there are any further delays we will get in contact.
WHY hasn't my item arrived?
Though we get your item packed & picked up by the carrier quickly we are at the mercy of a third party service. We upload tracking where available & if you feel that there has been a noticeable delay in your parcel please feel free to send us a message so we can investigate your parcels whereabouts.
WHAT are the exclusions under Free Shipping products?
We offer Free Shipping on a number of our products. In some purchases especially bigger items, the allocated postage amount we cover is not even close to covering the expense. We only charge you what we pay & we may on occasion choose to drop ship the product from a closer warehouse. We will organise a quote of the excess freight & notify you via phone or email, so you can choose to accept & pay any charges before we ship.
CAN you ship to PO Box?
We are happy to ship to PO box for some items. Larger items go with our couriers who will not deliver to PO Box so we do request a physical address such as a business or attended home address to accept delivery.
WHAT if i need my item quicker, can you Express Post it?
Depending on the item, we can organise Express Post at an extra cost. Please get in touch to request this before purchase. We suggest you also refer to the AusPost Express Delivery Network information to work out the expected time frame it would take to reach your location from us.
WILL I be notified of my delivery?
We upload tracking after processing your order, you will receive a dispatch notification to your email & you may receive text messages or emails from courier companies about pending delivery.
WHAT if you can't ship my item?
Though we try to have stock ready to ship, we do sell on a number of platforms & may be out of stock. We will always try & source the item to complete your order & if there are to be any delays we will notify you & you can choose whether to go on backorder & wait for the product, get a refund for the item or have a credit allocated to your account.
CAN i return my item?
You are more than welcome to contact us to organise a return on your item. Depending on the circumstances we will go through the relevant process regarding your return. Please see the Returns Policy here.
I live overseas can I order?
We currently offer shipping to a number of countries. We do not have an account with DHL or any other big name carrier so at this stage we will only be shipping items that meet Australia Post criteria. International orders will have the postage charge applied & the customer is responsible for all customs & any tax to their country. Free shipping or Express Post options are only valid in Australia. If your items exceed the criteria set by Auspost we may contact you.
All products sold by us are to suit vehicles in Australia. Please check the photos & description as this may have relevant build information but always check with someone knowledgeable on your vehicle in your country whether it may be universal fitment or not.
We do not accept international returns on incorrect items purchased or items not fitted by a professional. Warranty issues will be followed as per Australian Laws.
Your product may be held by your local customs until relevant taxes, duties or custom fees are paid to release the item. We are not liable to pay these fees & items may be returned to us if unpaid. Check your local customs for more relevant information.
