NOTE: We are tailoring the VSB14 kit to Victorian customers. We are limited here in Victoria & can only offer this kit in the 3 Inch Suspension & limited to 33" tyre size. We cannot offer it as a 4 inch 35" tyre combination like in QLD due to state engineering limitations. GVM is offered only if the appropriate upgrades & components are fitted.

This package has been developed to deliver improved off-road performance, increased tyre clearance, enhanced suspension articulation and refined on-road handling while remaining eligible for engineering approval.
Developed and manufactured by Superior Engineering, this complete package combines premium suspension geometry correction, heavy-duty steering upgrades, driveline support components and legal compliance items into a single engineered solution. Whether your LandCruiser is built for touring, weekend wheeling or full-time off-road use, the VSB14 kit provides the foundation for a properly sorted setup.
Customers can also option a GVM upgrade to 4,200kg depending on vehicle specification and supporting components fitted.
FRONT SHOCKS & COIL SPRINGS
The foundation of any properly performing suspension system starts with quality shocks and coil springs. Superior Engineering’s front suspension setup has been developed to provide improved ride quality, increased wheel travel and better control both on and off-road. Available in multiple shock options ranging from Nitro Twin Tube through to premium 3-Way Adjustable Remote Reservoir shocks, the VSB14 package allows you to tailor your LandCruiser to suit everything from touring and towing through to serious off-road use.
RADIUS ARMS
Correcting suspension geometry is critical when lifting a 70 Series LandCruiser, which is why the VSB14 package includes a range of Superior Engineering radius arm options designed to improve caster correction, front-end stability and suspension articulation. Whether you choose standard corrected arms, Superflex, Hyperflex, or Billet Radius Arms, each option has been developed to improve handling, steering feel and off-road performance while maintaining correct driveline alignment.
STEERING
Bigger tyres and increased suspension travel place additional strain on factory steering components, the VSB14 kit includes heavy-duty Superior Engineering steering upgrades including Draglink and Tie Rod combinations designed to improve steering strength, durability and steering response. Combined with an upgraded steering damper, this package helps reduce bump steer, improve driver confidence and deliver better control both on the highway and off-road.
REAR SHOCKS & LEAF SPRINGS
The rear suspension package has been developed to complement the front suspension while delivering improved ride comfort and load carrying capability. Superior Engineering rear shock options are designed to handle the demands of touring setups, and aggressive off-road driving while maintaining stability and predictable vehicle behaviour across a wide range of terrain.
REAR COIL CONVERSION UPGRADE
The VSB14 package can also be optioned with a Superior Engineering Weld-In Rear Coil Conversion, complete with upper and lower control arms. Designed to replace the factory leaf spring rear suspension, this upgrade delivers significantly improved ride comfort, suspension articulation and vehicle control both on and off-road. The coil conversion system improves axle location, suspension performance and driveline geometry while providing greater flexibility for touring, towing and demanding off-road applications.

GVM UPGRADE
When paired with a Superior Engineering Diamond Differential Housing, the VSB14 package can increase your GVM to an impressive 4,200kg for 79 Series LandCruiser's. With more payload available, you can spend less time worrying about weight limits and more time enjoying everything the iconic 70 Series was built for.
WHEELS, TYRES & SPEEDO CORRECTION
The VSB14 package has been designed around approved wheel and tyre combinations to ensure the vehicle remains compliant while delivering improved off-road capability and ground clearance. Our package also includes a speedo corrector to maintain legal compliance and accurate vehicle operation.
MUDFLAPS
Keeping a lifted vehicle road legal requires attention to even the smallest details. The VSB14 package includes extended front and rear mudflaps designed to improve tyre coverage and help meet legal requirements associated with larger tyres and increased ride height. Manufactured to suit off-road use, these mudflaps provide additional protection while maintaining a clean and compliant finish.
BRAKES
When increasing tyre size and vehicle capability, maintaining safe braking performance is essential. The VSB14 system includes upgraded brake lines, designed to support increased suspension travel while maintaining reliable brake operation. Available with rubber or braided brake line options, the system has been developed to provide dependable braking performance on and off the road.
KEEP IT LEGAL
The Superior Engineering VSB14 program has been developed to provide customers with an engineered suspension solution designed around compliance requirements. To qualify for approval, all supplied components must be fitted to the vehicle and maintained in acceptable roadworthy condition. A pre-inspection is required prior to engineering, ensuring the vehicle meets approval standards before final certification is completed.
