The CalOffroad Platinum Bilstein Tour Pack 3" Suspension Lift Kit is a long travel setup using the high end CalOffroad Platinum Bilstein fully re-buildable shocks. Designed specifically to suit off-road vehicles, the BILSTEIN B6 Offroad gas-pressure shock absorber is the perfect suspension solution.

The CalOffroad Platinum coils run our latest coil spring design using our tapered wire technology, this allows for extremely smooth small bump compliance right up to big hits.

Our CalOffroad Platinum Series wire technology allows us to tune a rebound rate into the coil, this helps assist the shock for a less aggressive rebound and means less shock fade in extreme conditions. We first Dyno test all our shocks and coil overs to make sure the coil rate is tuned to match the shock valving.

This version of the CalOffroad Platinum Series BILSTEIN B6 shock absorber has been designed as a long travel unit for vehicles needing higher lifts and longer travel. The BILSTEIN B6 Offroad shock absorber has been developed to reduce the kind of undesirable handling dynamics such as uncontrolled movements that are so inherent in 4WDs thanks to their high structure. Over 50 years of development has gone into the technology that has been implemented in the design of the BILSTEIN B6 Offroad shock absorber. Gas pressure technology means that the BILSTEIN B6 Offroad shock absorber offers consistent performance no matter what, an all-important trait when tackling the unforgiving Aussie terrain.

Using a 46mm piston in its mono-tube design, the BILSTEIN B6 Offroad shock absorber offers greater performance reserves and an extended service life, even when put through strenuous driving conditions, such as towing or off-road applications. You can expect optimum road adhesion and enhanced lane change stability in day-to-day applications as well as extreme situations thanks to Bilstein’s precise damper settings, both aspects that often leave a lot to be desired in large 4WDs.

The vehicle specific mounts include fully machined ring eyes for more accurate fitment and a high-end low maintenance bush system that isolates road noise and vibration. Our strut bushes are maintenance free and can handle water, dust, dirt, snow, mud anything that you can throw at them and never need greasing.

CalOffroad leaf springs have been developed over many years and are designed to bring you the most advanced and smoothest ride possible.

Our leaves feature a specially designed wear pad between each leaf. Each leaf pack features a specific build ratio that allows us to tune when the 1st stage engages with the 2nd stage, this means we can supply you the smoothest riding leaf pack whether you have no weight or large amounts of weight. We also build in a high flex design allowing for more wheel travel and if you require more again just let us know, and we can custom-build any pack to suit.

Extensive testing and fine-tuning has been undertaken by Bilstein to ensure that fitting BILSTEIN B6 Offroad shock absorbers to your 4WD improves handling performance across all regards. Offering a higher load carrying capacity as well as a higher degree of vehicle control, the BILSTEIN B6 Offroad shock absorber increases 4WD capability across all driving conditions, from the black top to the off-road trails.

Note this is a highly modified suspension system and all items must be checked for safe fitment, especially brake line clearance and length, wheel tyre and arm clearance. Professional fitment is recommended.
