The factory chassis on these utes, while suitable for everyday use and casual loads, it can become a known weak point under heavy loads, constant towing, or regular off-road use. Cracks often begin to form where the chassis flexes most, especially near suspension mounts and unsupported sections. Once they start, they only get worse.
This kit is designed to reinforce the chassis before issues arise or failure. Each plate is laser-cut from 4mm thick 350-grade mild steel, offering serious strength without unnecessary bulk. And coated in a corrosion-resistant SA5 zinc finish, to ensure they arrive for fitment in the best possible condition.

This item must be installed by a Certified Installer with the appropriate qualifications. Superior Engineering will need to connect you with a trusted Approved Person or Engineering Signatory for this item to be considered legal for road use.
Chassis Brace plates are designed as an aid and are not recommended for vehicles that may be excessively loaded. Vehicles that are loaded beyond the original OE GVM and GCM are advised to have additional chassis reinforcement designed and added Suitable For each particular application.

This brace kit requires welding of the brace for correct fitment. This is recommended to be done by a certified welder.
