These are the slotted type of radius arm bushes, some people prefer these as the flex better. But they do wear out quicker.

The Radius Arm bush is the bush at the front of the radius arm, where it bolts up to the diff housing. Over time these bushes separate and crack.

Many Aftermarket bushes are not as soft as Genuine, and are more prone to cracking and failing.
