This is a complete digital in cab wiring kit for airbags. Read description below to find details on all options.

This In Cab Kit comes with our very popular large twin head air compressor. Ideal for operating not just airbags but also tyres and air tanks. This is every bit as fast as pumping tyres at the service station.

• Gauge with 2 x LED Read-Outs – one for each bag

• Check Valve  – prevents air flowing back through compressor when off
• 5m of air line – 6mm Outside Diameter for push connections.
• Air Fittings for Valve Block and Gauge

Note that for operation, you can inflate 1 bag at a time. Watch that other kits cheap out on you and inflate both bags together by running the compressor – none of that nonsense here. You can operate each bag independently as you would want.

This kit comes standard with a digital LED display with rocker switches that operate the bags. Each bag has its own rocker switch, so you can control each bag independently. The LED gauge has 2 readings – one per bag. It has electronic senders that connect to the airbag lines. The gauge mounts into a fascia panel that also facilitates the up/down switches.

We have provisioned our remote control kit, making that a plug and play option with the wiring harness that comes with this kit.

Pair your large in-cab kit with one of our air tanks if you wish to increase the capacity of your onboard air system. Running a tank means the compressor can run in advance and be ready to pump tyres faster. There is no huge gain in pumping airbags with a tank, except they inflate superfast. Please note that the small compressor is not suited to pumping tyres or large tanks, that’s a job for our larger compressor.

Option your kit with our Tyre Inflation Kit to suit your In-Cab Kit. Included in this is an tyre inflation hose with tyre chuck, air line to connect it to the compressor and a selection fo fittings. Additionally, we can also option a Tank Fitting Kit which includes a pressure relief valve to prevent over-pressuring the tank, a water drain valve, a nitto fitting and other connections.

Note, this compressor was duty cycle tested by our engineer and has been used in some of your GVM kits for active air suspension. It was proven to pump continuously with 100psi of back pressure and not over heat or turn off. Here something to note when we duty cycled it our work bench transformer could run it. When we duty cycle tested the popular ARB twin that was not only slower with 100 psi back pressure but drew too much power for our inverter which means it consumed more power to blow less air.

The compressor is waterproof and can be mounted under a tray or in the engine bay – where ever it suits you. We have applications like Y62 Patrol and Landcruiser where we mount this compressor behind the grill.
