AAA Stainless Steel Braided Air Line Upgrade Kit

This is our Stainless-braided line upgrade for our air suspension load assist kits.

If a customer were to call us for air leak support we can say the bags never leak – it is always a fitting or an air line that leaks. So we set out to create the invincible air line kit using the best quality line that can withstand being run close to an exhaust with gas line standard fittings at each end.

There are 2 lines at 1.8m long each with fittings to suit – nothing more to buy. The air lines have a 7/16 swivel JIC Female fitting at each end. For the bag end the kit has a banjo fitting that screws into the end plate and it has the corresponding JIC Male for the air line. At the valve end we have our Schrader Valve to JIC Male in one piece so no unnecessary joins and it has a bulkhead nut so you can mount it securely.

We designed these fittings ourselves and had to order thousands to cover the tooling costs. But now we have a product we can be proud of.

This line can be run close to a heat source such as the exhaust and will not get damaged by stones or sticks.

When screwing the banjo into the end plate you will need a drop of liquid sealant on that thread. Don’t use plumbers tape as bits of tape can work their way into valves preventing them from sealing properly.

The hoses are both 1800mm long.
