Developed for Toyota LandCruiser 79 Series 2007–2016 V8 Pre DPF vehicles, the Superior Engineering VSB14 3 Inch Lift (75mm) Leaf Spring Lift Kit combines front coil springs with leaf spring rear suspension. Choose from three shock absorber kits, spring load options and steering component options to configure the package for your vehicle.
The package includes radius arms, an adjustable front panhard rod, a drag link, a tie rod and a steering damper, together with brake lines, bump stop extensions, a front tailshaft spacer, rear leaf spring mounting components, mudflaps, PVC wheel arch flares and a CanBus speedo corrector.
Track correction is available with a GVM upgrade. Supplied with a Superior Engineering Diamond Track Corrected Differential Housing
The GVM package adds an upgraded brake booster, handbrake upgrade kit, chassis brace and two LED Cat 6 side repeaters. Contact us to confirm vehicle eligibility, the applicable GVM rating, permitted wheel and tyre combinations and the final configuration required for engineering approval.
FRONT SHOCKS & COIL SPRINGS
The front suspension uses coil springs selected to suit your accessory load and GVM configuration. Shock choices are Superior 2.0 Remote Reservoir, Superior 2.5 ECDS In Cab Adjustable and Superior 3 Way 2.5 Remote Reservoir. Each selected shock kit supplies the front and rear shocks for this leaf spring suspension package.
RADIUS ARMS
Choose from Superior Best On-Road Manners, Superflex, Hyperflex or Hybrid Billet 7075-T6 radius arms as part of the front suspension package.
STEERING
The kit includes a Superior drag link, tie rod and steering damper. Drag link choices are 7075 Alloy Solid Bar or Comp Spec Heavy Duty Solid Bar. Tie rod choices are 7075 Alloy Solid Bar or Comp Spec Solid Bar. Choose a Superior Nitro Gas or Superior IFP steering damper.
REAR SHOCKS & LEAF SPRINGS
The rear suspension package includes leaf springs, a polyurethane bush kit, two fixed pins, extended anti-inversion shackles, castor wedges and rear bump stop extensions, together with the rear shocks from your selected shock kit. Rear spring choices are 0–150kg, 300kg, 400–500kg and 800kg constant load. These spring load choices are available with or without a GVM upgrade.
TRACK CORRECTION & GVM UPGRADE
Track correction can be selected without a GVM upgrade. A GVM upgrade requires a track-corrected rear differential housing, with a choice of Superior Engineering Diamond or DWIZ. The GVM supporting package contains an upgraded brake booster, handbrake upgrade kit, chassis brace and two LED Cat 6 side repeaters.
The non-VSC diff pack is included with the Superior Diamond housing only. Selecting Yes to the Toyota factory locker question adds a locker actuator guard when the Superior Diamond housing is selected. Final parts, cab suitability, GVM rating and approval requirements must be confirmed for the vehicle by Superior Engineering.
WHEELS, TYRES & SPEEDO CORRECTION
A Superior CanBus speedo corrector and universal PVC wheel arch flares are included. Confirm the permitted wheel and tyre combinations for your vehicle’s proposed suspension and GVM configuration with Superior Engineering before choosing tyres.
MUDFLAPS
The kit includes rubber mudflaps for the front and rear, together with zero-offset mudflap brackets. Final tyre coverage and installation requirements are assessed as part of the vehicle’s approval process.
BRAKES
The kit includes extended braided front brake line components selected to suit the vehicle’s ABS configuration and an extended braided rear brake line. Braided caliper lines are optional: Front Only, Rear Only, Front & Rear or Not Required. The optional GVM package also contains an upgraded brake booster and handbrake upgrade kit.
KEEP IT LEGAL
Engineering approval for this package is currently available on site at The 4WD Shed. Contact the sales team to confirm vehicle eligibility, inspection requirements and the configuration required for approval. Engineering approval is not included in the kit price. Fitting the kit alone does not complete the vehicle’s engineering approval.

Confirm the approved wheel and tyre sizes for your specific vehicle and kit configuration with our team. Any conditions affecting later tyre changes must also be confirmed during the approval process.
Notes: We can only offer this kit in a 3 Inch suspension lift & up to 33" tyre size. Other states may offer larger lift but Victorian rules state 3 inch is the highest we can go. Approval & Fitting of this kit is only available ON SITE at The 4WD Shed We will be using our approved VASS Engineer.
