Restrictions ease...
On the 11th of May Victorians saw the State of Emergency lifted & restrictions eased. Many 4WD enthusiasts awaited the announcements of which Parks would open before the seasonal closures of tracks begins here in Vic.
Camping is being allowed with some conditions & we ask that you always check what restrictions apply to your next trip & also be sure to stay up to date with track closures as some are still closed from the bushfires earlier this year & others have begun earlier.
We took advantage of the day trip rules & headed over to Mt Cole to check out some huts, do a little geocaching & finally get out of the house. The old 40 Series definitely needed a dust off! |

What do Brands do we sell at The 4WD Shed.
One of our key points when starting the The 4WD Shed was to find quality products to sell to our customers that we ourselves would use on our own vehicles.
Over the past 5yrs we have created partnerships with a range of companies, both large & small to provide us with not only a great product, but even better support for the product.
With online shopping exploding there is a range of sellers now dropshipping products at a cheaper price, but they dont always understand the product, use the product or even have installed the product. Then if you have an issue, in most cases never to be heard from again.
We have a great working relationship with all our suppliers as well as understanding our products in order to answer your questions. If we don't have an answer, we will find it for you!
With relationships built we can also now access a range of warehouse locations to ship direct to consumer in order to cut down on shipping times & excess freight charges where applicable. If there is an issue with a product, you can rest assured that we will assess your item & find the correct resolution whether its direct to manufacturer or back to our workshop for testing.
We are constantly adding new exciting brands & products to our online and instore range. If you cant find it online please send us an email & we can source it for you.

The yard was looking like a Toyota dealership this month with the 4 brand new Toyotas gracing the yard whilst getting the Superior Outback SSM kits done.
First to go out the door was Steve & Barbaras 200 Series with the 3" Outback Adventurer suspension lift, 35" tyres, GVM Upgrade with colour coded flares & front bullbar. We also added a safari snorkel & Runva 11XP winch before it headed back to the dealership for registration & delivery. We look forward to this one coming back to continue to be fitted out with a range of aftermarket goodies!
We still have another 200 Series & 2x 79 Series getting the ever popular Superior Outback kits installed.A great way to achieve a street legal lift, bigger tyres & GVM all becoming factory from our SSM facility & becoming a SUPERIOR LANDCRUISER!
