The Superior Chassis Brace/Repair Plate Kit is manufactured to suit the Toyota Hilux Wide Track models – including Rogue and GR Sport Dual Cabs from 2022 onwards. Designed specifically to reinforce the rear section of the chassis rail, this kit targets weak points that can develop stress cracks under heavy loads, or extreme off-road use.

Laser cut from 4mm 350-grade mild steel and treated with an SA5 zinc coating, this weld-in brace is the insurance policy your Hilux needs before things get expensive.

The wider stance and increased payload capacity of the Rogue and GR Sport models put more stress on the chassis. Add in rough tracks, recovery points, or long-distance towing, and it’s only a matter of time before fatigue sets in. This brace spreads the load and strengthens critical areas, reducing the risk of costly cracks.

Manufacturer Note: These braces do not increase the load or towing capacity of the vehicle. Please check with your local transport authority about legality before purchasing. This brace kit requires welding of the brace for correct fitment. This should be done by a certified welder. Chassis Brace plates are designed as an aid and are not recommended for vehicles that may be excessively loaded. Vehicles that are loaded beyond the original OE GVM and GCM are advised to have additional chassis reinforcement designed and added suitable to that particular application.
