Developed for the Ford Ranger PY (06/2022 on) running a 4” suspension lift and aggressive 35” tyres with EGR flares, this premium rear mudflap kit delivers the coverage and durability that heavily modified Rangers demand. When tyre width and ride height increase, factory rear mudflaps quickly become ineffective, often tearing, rubbing, or failing to provide adequate protection. This kit is designed to suit the wider track and larger rolling diameter, ensuring proper coverage without compromise.

Manufactured from 2mm aluminium and finished in a textured black powder coat, the brackets and plates strike the right balance between strength, corrosion resistance, and reduced weight. The design accounts for increased wheel travel and flare width, helping to control mud, stones, and road debris that would otherwise be thrown onto the bodywork, chassis, or vehicles behind you. The increased clearance profile reduces the risk of contact during articulation, a common issue with standard mudflaps once suspension and tyre size are upgraded.

Ideal for touring, towing, worksite use, or serious off-road driving, this rear mudflap kit helps keep your Ranger cleaner, better protected, and more compliant with road regulations. Precision designed to work with Flares such as EGR, Ute Mart or TUS Offroad, which are needed to cover the POS18 Wheel Offset. These flares will need to be modified, which our instructions cover.
