This kit is designed to reinforce and strengthen the chassis, where repeated load, towing, or corrugated roads can lead to fatigue or even failure, providing critical reinforcement exactly where it’s needed. Laser cut from 4mm 350-grade mild steel and SA5 zinc-coated for long-lasting corrosion resistance, it’s a perfect solution for hard-working utes.
Heavy canopies, or just plenty of off-road abuse can all lead to flex and eventual failure in the chassis rails. Once this starts, it’s not cheap or easy to fix. Installing this brace early can save you downtime, and serious coin.

Manufacturer Note: These braces do not increase the load or towing capacity of the vehicle. Please check with your local transport authority about legality before purchasing. This brace kit requires welding of the brace for correct fitment. This should be done by a certified welder. Chassis Brace plates are designed as an aid and are not recommended for vehicles that may be excessively loaded. Vehicles that are loaded beyond the original OE GVM and GCM are advised to have additional chassis reinforcement designed and added suitable to that particular application.
