Developed for Series 3 Isuzu D-Max (RG) and Mazda BT-50 (TFS) models from July 2020 onwards that are NOT equipped with an OEM actuator guard, the Superior Gen 2 Diff Locker Actuator Guard provides critical protection for one of the most vulnerable components on the rear differential. The factory diff locker actuator, which is exposed to rocks, ruts, and debris, making it highly susceptible to impact damage. This guard is designed to prevent costly failures by shielding the actuator from direct strikes and track damage.
Manufactured using a combination of 304 stainless steel and mild steel, the Gen 2 design offers a strong balance between impact resistance and durability. The guard features a reinforced structure to deflect obstacles while maintaining clearance around the differential housing and actuator. A SA5 zinc coating on the mild steel components provides a barrier for corrosion, while the 304 stainless steel sections offer natural protection against rust, making the guard suitable for all 4wd conditions.
